Exclusive Family Health Organization After Hours Clinics

As a patient of one of our Family Health Organization (FHO) practices, we are pleased to offer you additional access to primary health care.

Your primary care physician’s FHO is a group of local family doctors who work together to improve your access to high quality primary medical care. As part of our commitment to you and your family, our after-hours clinics offer increased services and access to primary care for our FHO members’ patients exclusively, including same-day visits for FHO patients on a first-come, first-served basis. If your physician is not able to see you, they will direct you to visit one of our After-Hours Clinic locations listed below.

Important Information About Your Visit

If you have not called your family physician’s office, please try them first as you may be able to access care sooner.

• Narcotics will not be prescribed
• Free STI Treatments available
• TB Testing available only at the Bell Farm location – bring all necessary documentation

Timeslots are a pre-booked arrival time for a same day in-person clinic visit

  • If you see the message “No Providers Available” indicates that you are outside the booking opening times as above, or the timeslots are fully booked. This is a pre-set message; we are unable to book a timeslot if you call the clinic
  • The message “something went wrong” means that the timeslot you chose was booked by someone else, try again or check back for cancellations
  • Check online for cancellations throughout the day as timeslot availability can change
  • When you arrive check in with reception and ensure your demographics are up to date
  • Timeslots booked online can be cancelled through Medeo anytime. Please note that missed visits are recorded, and our no-show policy remains in effect
